I thought about the potential state of United States democracy according to some when I worked on this painting of the skull of an American eagle. This all original handpainted acrylic was painted on a 10x8” canvas panel and framed in a preowned frame. The background was splattered manually by hand, no aerosol sprays. It's partially UV reactive, so the skull glows extra bright when exposed to a little blacklight.
